Krisztina is a certified yoga teacher, fitness trainer and nutritionist
In the area of yoga, her focus is on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Fascia Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Personal Yoga. When she emigrated to Mallorca in 2019 as a yoga teacher and fitness trainer, she never wanted to leave the summer, so in 2020 she moved on to Fuerteventura and from there to Kos (Greece), where she was able to gain even more experience as a fitness manager.
Since it is always summer in the Canary Islands, she decided to settle down in Gran Canaria and now teaches yoga in Maspalomas. She also organizes her own retreats and yoga events on various Canary Islands.
She inspires her participants with her pleasant voice and her friendly and empathetic manner. She loves to touch her participants emotionally in her courses and accompany them on the path to a grateful and mindful life.
Yoga and Aerial Yoga
Krisztina offers several types of yoga classes, including aerial yoga. This particular form of yoga, also known as antigravity yoga, uses a cloth suspended from the ceiling.
